The ProWest Group was founded in 2003 by Fred Mayfield as a manufacturer representative agency with a focus on the luxury plumbing industry. Our relationships with business owners as well as frontline sales associates is the foundation of the success our factories enjoy in Southern California.
There are no short cuts in our business. As a sales organization our emphasis is on regular sales calls, product knowledge presentations, inventory management and superior customer service. This is the core fundamental mission of the ProWest Group.
The Partnerships we have created between manufacturer, specifier and supplier provides us with an unequaled reputation in the industry. Our focus on providing pro-active support to our Luxury Kitchen and Bath Showrooms, Project Specifiers, Interior Designers and Contractors has led to The ProWest Group being the premier Luxury sales agency in the West.
Our Staff
Fred Mayfield – President
Mr. Mayfield has enjoyed 31 years in the plumbing industry having worked early on as an apprentice and plumber for the family business. Later on Mr. Mayfield worked in outside sales for Familian Pipe & Supply, Sales manager for Familian which became Ferguson in 1991, National Sales Manager for the Westbrass company and Western Regional Sales Manager for Geberit/Chicago Faucets. Mr. Mayfield has a B.A from Cal State University Long Beach and a JD from Western State University.
Mr. Mayfield covers all Luxury Bath Showrooms, designers and builders in Los Angeles County north
Marcus Clifton – Sales Associate
Mr. Clifton comes to the ProWest Group via Ferguson Ent. as an award winning builder sales person. Marcus has 12
years in the plumbing industry having worked for Expo Design as outside builder sales person, Kiva Kitchen and Bath
in outside builder sales and Standards of Excellence in builder sales and store manager. Mr. Clifton has a BA in Business
and Finance from Biola University.
Marcus is responsible for all luxury bath showrooms, kithcen and bath designers, and custom home builders in
Orange, San Diego and Riverside/San Bernardino Counties.
John Andresakis – Sales Associate
Mr. Andresakis has over 30 years experience in the commercial plumbing industry. John came to the ProWest Group
to add an additional dimension to the agency. Mr. Andresakis was President of the American Valve company prior to
moving to California to start his own commercial rep agency. Mr. Andresakis has a BA from New York University in
Economics. John has many strengths but most important is the relationships he has with all the major wholesalers in
Southern California as well as the largest plumbing and mechanical contractors.
John has been able to take certain luxury lines to the plumbing contractors and wholesalers with great success.
Kelli Watkins – Sales Support
Kelli has been with the ProWest Group for a short time but is a great addition as our sales support person.

Over the years the ProWest Group has cultivated many great business relationships. Included among the group of valued Luxury K&B customers is Pacific Sales, Ferguson Ent., Hajoca, B&C Custom Hardware, Georges Plumbing, Snyder Diamond, Warehouse Discount Center, Fixtures Living, Kiva Kitchen and Bath.
On the Whole distribution side we include Ferguson Ent., Express Pipe, Hirsch Pipe, Smarden Supply, Mission Valley Pipe and El Cajon Plumbing Supply.
